Report Cards
We will be mailing 
report cards home at the end of 
the school year. 
Grades 4 & 5 can be viewed online by looking under PARENTS on the top of the page and making a request for HAC access.
Note: Spring Picture proof cards will also be mailed home with report cards unless previously picked up.

Any medications, over the counter and prescription will need to be picked up by June 10th. Any medications left over summer break will be properly disposed of. Medications are not held over year to year. New forms will need filled out at the beginning of each school year.

We are currently working on a new procedure to enroll our students online.
We will be calling parents who had appointments scheduled on the above dates as soon as our new online registration it is up and running. 
 IF you were not previously scheduled in March, May or August you may call us at 330-767-3913 to be added to our call list or check back here for the information to be posted.







If you ordered Spring pictures, they are waiting for pick-up in the office Monday-Friday 9am-12pm.
Proof cards with online purchase codes are also available if you didn't order photo packets. Those will be mailed home with report cards if not picked up.

YEARBOOKS:
The deadline for yearbooks was well before closure. February 28th. Any orders that were turned in to the office prior to the closure, were sent to Lifetouch. 
Yearbook was submitted mid April when they were re-opening their plant. We do not expect yearbooks before mid-June. If they arrive after the sectaries are gone for summer break, you will be notified in August when they return. You will be able to pick-up your child's yearbook then.

If you are having issues with Chromebooks or logging into devices you are using at home you can email Tech Support for help and please patiently wait for a reply.

OTHER QUESTIONS?
Our school offices may not have the same operating hours everyday during this time of closure due to the Coronavirus.  You can click on this helpline link or email to falconhelpline@fairless.sparcc.org and send the Fairless administrative team an email with your questions.  One of our team members will respond with an answer.




2020-2021Teachers will send home information about Dojo. 
Be sure you are on your teachers' Class Dojo to send and receive messages to/from your child's teacher. If you have not signed up, and would like to, contact your teacher by email to receive instructions. Emails can be found in the Staff Directory found to the left side of this page.



Open enrollment for the 2020-2021 school year is now open. Forms should be turned in at the board office. Open enrollment closes on June 1, 2020. 
Forms can be found on to the left side of the district page under Open Enrollment.
Please note that forms are date stamped when they are received.

Dolly Parton Imagination Library 
Coming to Fairless
The Fairless Alumni Association & Fairless Helping Fairless have partnered with the Stark County and Massillon Public Library to bring the Dolly Parton Imagination Library to Fairless Local Schools. This program provides children ages birth to 5 years old with a book mailed to their home each month. The cost of the program will paid by the Fairless Alumni Association & Fairless Helping Fairless. To register, please fill out the form below and either mail to the Stark County Library OR drop off at the Fairless Elementary School office.

What is Artsonia and why you should try it!

It's a FREE online art museum for your child. (there's a free app too! Note: If you do not sign-up and give your child permission, they are not able to view their artwork online. (contact Mrs. Best)

You have the option of ordering gifts (ornaments, jewelry, aprons, hats, etc....) of your child's artwork to share with family and friends! 

NOTE: OUR SCHOOL RECEIVE 20% PROFIT IN ART MATERIALS/SUPPLIES FROM THE SALES! So it's like a little fundraiser for art class! Last year OUR SCHOOL RECEIVED almost $700 for more art supplies!

The kids will accumulate a portfolio of their artwork to share with others. You are able to "follow" your artist as well, so you will know when a new piece of artwork has been added. You can also share with family members so they can be part of your artist's Artsonia Fan Club!

Random artisits are chosen every week, in which votes can be placed for that artwork. If a child from our school wins votes, the school can earn money and Mrs. Best believes the student wins something as well.

PARENT PICKUP Parents..
PLEASE WRITE NOTES!
When your child normally rides the bus and is going to be Parent pick-up, PLEASE send a note for the teacher in the morning. This will help avoid unnecessary interruptions to the classrooms with phone calls from the office. If there is an emergency and the decision for parent pick-up is not made until later in the day, you may be asked to come into the office to pick up your child. This is for the safety of your children as well as  orderly dismissals. If a call about a change in transportation must be made, PLEASE call the school office BY 1:00 p.m.

K-2 students are picked up AT THE SIDEWALK to the left side of the building (library side) Park in the lot and WALK UP TO THE SIDEWALK to pick up your child. Please do not wave them over to the car. Lets keep everyone safe from cars pulling out of the lot.
3-5 students are picked up along the sidewalk to the right side of the building where the staff park. Pull into the line using the last entrance (marked deliveries) and wait in line as parents pull along the sidewalk and pick up their children. 
Parent pick up and bus loading will both happen at 3:30.
                                                       

 
Breakfast is served on school days in the cafeteria from 8:30am-9:00am

Cost is $1.75, $.30 for reduced and free for those students who qualify. 

Lunch prices are $2.75, $.40 and free 
for those students who qualify.

Absences 
Parent/legal guardian must report student absences by phone between 8:00 and 9:00am. Please send an excuse with your child when he/she returns to school.
            

Early Release Day
October 9
1:30 dismissal for students K-5
Students will be dismissed 2 hours earlier than usual for our first parent teacher conference date.  Be sure to make arrangements for parent pick-up at the school or at your bus stop.

Sign-up sheets will be in classrooms during open house and will be sent home prior to conference dates.  If you do not receive a paper and would like a conference, please call the office.
